Hello, your untact world tour gyide, Mr. Been. I`ll show you all the corners of the historic and unique sights around the world. At first, I`ll let you go to Changdeokgung palace, the world Unesco heritage in seoul. You can see many beautiful Korean traditional buildings andgarden in the palace. So, You don`t have to miss here, when you have a plan to visit Seoul. Please, follow me!

We will look around the other area in Nakseonjae complex today. There are three beautiful pavilions on the top of the rear garden. They are sangnyangjeong, hanjeongdand and chwiunjeong. But unfortunately the pavilions are not opned to the public. I think the palace view from the pavilions would be very beautiful.

Seokbokheon was constructed in 1848. It was built for the Royal Lady Gyeongbin who was chosen in order to give King Heonjong’s desired heir. Sugangjae was first built in 1785, later renovated in 1848 and turned into the quarters of Queen Sunwon, the grandmother of King Heonjong. Nakseonjae was originally enclosed by lines of buildings and courtyard walls, but they were removed during the Japanese occupation. In 1996 this area was restored to its original style. And it was designated as a Treasure No. 1764 in 2012.

Can you feel the beauty of Korean traditional buildings called hanok? The view of hanok makes me relaxed all the time.
Sugangjae hall was a residence for the king`s grandmother called Queen Sunwon.
There are servants` rooms called haengrang to serve the royal family. The rooms are usually connected to the main hall.
Between Naksunjae and Seokbokheon , there are two gates for king and the others.

Two buildings stretch out long at the east end of Nakseonjae complex. I think the buildings were used as servant`s rooms. kitchin, warehouse and so on.
Nakseonjae is famous for the beautiful patterns of doors with wooden bars and white paper. You can see the patterns in front of nakseonjae hall.

Do you have fun to look around the new place? The Korean traditional buildings are beautiful and unique. Next time I`ll show you the beautiful rear garden of changdeokgung continuously. Good day!^^
